How we work
What it's like to work with Kokatta
Agencies are usually judged on the work. Clients stay because of how it feels to work together: clear, calm, predictable and honest. Here is exactly what to expect.

Principles
How every engagement runs
Fixed scope, written down
Every project starts with a written proposal: deliverables, milestones, timeline and price. Changes are agreed in writing before they happen.
Weekly demos
You see working software every week on a live staging link, not slides. Feedback goes straight into the next sprint.
A named project lead
One senior person owns your project and your communication. You will never be passed between account managers.
A shared board
See every task, its owner and its status in real time in Linear, Jira, Trello or ClickUp.
Time-zone overlap
PKT is UTC+5. Our day overlaps UK and EU mornings, Gulf business hours and US East Coast early mornings by arrangement.
You own everything
Code lives in your GitHub. Hosting, domains and tools are set up in your accounts. Nothing is held hostage.
Security by default
NDAs on request, least-privilege access, encrypted secrets, and access removed at handover.
Engineering standards
Code reviews, automated tests on critical paths, staging and production environments, and documented deployments.

FAQ
Working together
How often will we meet?
Typically a weekly demo call of 30 minutes, plus async updates in between. During discovery we meet more often.
Which tools do you use to communicate?
Slack, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or email for messages, Google Meet or Zoom for calls, and a shared project board. We adapt to your tools.
What do we receive at handover?
Source code in your repository, admin access to every system, technical documentation, recorded walkthrough videos and a support window after launch.
Can we work with you directly rather than through a marketplace?
Yes. Most clients contract with us directly. We also work through Upwork if your procurement process prefers it.
What happens if we are unhappy with progress?
You will see progress every week, so issues surface early. Your project lead and Muhammad are both reachable directly to resolve any concern quickly.
Ready to turn your digital presence into a revenue system?
Book a 30-minute strategy call. You will speak with a senior strategist, leave with a clear plan, and receive a written, fixed-scope proposal afterwards.
- 30-minute call with a senior strategist, not a salesperson
